Throughout the life of the project, ERC will provide outreach to and opportunity for qualified local Virginia firms and residents to participate on this project. As an integral part of our construction program we will use national, state, and local outreach sources to identify qualified DBEs, this includes working with VDOT to obtain lists of preferred vendors from them.
